update in life: assessment is over. full stop.
other updates in life: (teehee) i'm currently in a blissful mode of during-holiday-only, duno-what-to-do-next dilemma xD had finished skip beat up to vol 18, and don't dare to proceed further because i'm scared it'll be chopped off in the middle of an intense development =P so eventhough now it's being chopped off in quite an important moment, i'd rather wait until several more chapters are released before reading again.
just now sketched the design of Asagi's gorgeous kimono from the fool's mate magazines that i have. i'm so totally in love with his look at that PV, ouka saki some ni keri, the one i've blogged before: his furisode, his face, his HAIR! it happened that inside the fool's mate, featuring yasu at cover page, there's an article about them and there were some photoshoot with asagi and his gorgeous kimono. i only managed to roughly solve about the upper part of the kimono though, i'm completely confused about the obi part and clueless about the bottom part -_-;;; but really, i love his look in that PV, truly inspirational! what if i make my next semester's collection kimono-cum-rock collection? xD it'll be so fun!! =DDD
next, i think i'll try doing some fanart of hizaki. wanna learn more about photoshop and its picture-editing capability and learn to make illustration using it.
or perhaps i'll just go to crunchyroll and watch Nodame while eating my taiyang bing
or maybe i'll just slump in my bed and sleep til tomorrow
or should i just go mapling again and try to reach priest level before going back indo?
sigh, what to do? ^_^ <- happy mode

finally.... my counting-down days will end.... in fact in a mere 4 hours more to go, i will be putting up my work up at the G block at school, and then perhaps go and finally get a MEAL after spending more than 30 hours without a decent one, and then go home, and take a bath, and settle for a long hibernation after more than 30 hours without sleeping.... Labels: school
this semester isn't so bad as last semester, so i guess i won't be breaking my 19-hour sleep record =p
i'm still not done with my stuff though x( aarrghhhhhh
but let me present to you: nico, who've been so kindly and generously helped to model our jackets for our photoshoot ^^ and listy who've also been so kindly became our photographer ^^
eh? i don't have listy's pic o.O"""

in case anyone has been wondering about my day-counting, i start the week on sunday, which makes it day 1, and saturday is the weekend, day 7. Labels: school
so, day 5 = thursday. well technically it's thursday, though what i've just gone through, and thus gonna blog about, is day 4, wednesday.
and the significance of it is? scary -_-;;; the list containing items for assessment that is listed up at the learning portal is so mortally frightening that i won't look at it the second time but just do whatever i feel the most important things to do >.<
just finished photoshoot. a humongous gratitude for nico and listy for modelling and photographing respectively, thank you thank you thank you so so much!!! we were taking pic at the dance studio, that spacious place which was covered with mirrors at 2 side of the walls, and we took like more than 2 hours for the photoshoot, 3 jackets and many many pics ^^
met mimi, merry, nico and listy at bugis for dinner, then we proceeded to school. i wasn't prepared for the photoshoot actually, i wasn't even thinking about the make-up >.< must be one of the effect of laggy-brain... so there were limited amount of things to use: only foundation, powder, hair foam and hairspray. nico's hair was pretty long, but didn't know what to do with it except straighten it using straightener.
then~ came firdaus, the life-saver of the day. we asked him to style the hair, and he was asking for gel, and we didn't have any. so he had to do with foams and hairspray, but the result was much much better than what we were doing with nico's hair beforehand (fiddling with it, more like =p) thank you firdaus!!!
then they went downstairs to the studio, and i was still trying to finish up my jacket, which left a row of hemming to do and i did it within 10 minutes. then went down and it began ^^
will post pics later, perhaps on facebook.
prediction: the next time i sleep will be on friday afternoon, right after i came back home from assessment. so, i'll be blogging around much more often from now onwards. jyaa ne

first thing first:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOCHAN!!! and happy birthday too, joyce!!! ^__^
right. the significance of yochan's and joyce's birthday this year is: there's only 3 more days til assessment day!! ..........................
my clock says it's 7:07am now and i've just returned home from school, and still my jacket is not finished yet. but since the production method room will only be opened til 2pm today for level 1's assessment preparation, i gotta go back there again real soon, like after i finished typing this and bathed. then will finish my garment, and then i'll go home and take a nap, and then go back to school again at night for photoshoot. such a life of fashion student who doesn't know how to manage time *sigh*
7:09am, wide awake and not yet too blur. survived the night with Versailles songs, especially hizaki's guitar. i don't remember how many times i played The Love from a Dead Orchestra last night, but defnitely more than 10times.
oh by the way Versailles just replied my message from Myspace! wow, aren't they fast! i was asking something yesterday, about the presence of a 'buy tracks from this artist' component in their profile page that doesn't sell THEIR songs but instead another artist with the name versailles too. chi, made me happy, i thought they already released 2 more new songs -_-;; i love myspace!!
i was reading someone's post about song rating and the artists that the person like. he was definitely a versailles fan, but his rating and mine differ quite considerably.
about Lyrical Sympathy, the more i listen to it, the more i like it, definitely. and currently, my favourite song is no longer The Red Carpet Day, but The Love from a Dead Orchestra, simply because of the guitar solo. THE guitar solo. quite remarkably the very guitar solo that i love more than anything else, and also THE guitar solo that reinforces hizaki's place at my top favourite guitarist of all time.
OH! Hizaki's releasing new CD on Boxing Dat, 26th Dec this year! it's called Curse of Virgo and it'll be another instrumental CD. excellent! should i pre-order my copy from cdjapan now, or should i wait a moment to see if anywhere else offer a better price? i know that while cdjapan is the most meticulous in terms of packaging of CDs, their prices isn't exactly the cheapest. i think i shall wait for hmv, amazon and yesasia's announcement and compare prices.
i really do want to make a blog about Lyrical Sympathy, Versailles and my current fave jrockers, but time is pressing. 7:44am, and i gotta go back to school soon.
cya later~

yesterday sewing all day since 8.30am to an undisclosed time, but definitely more than 12 hours were spent in school. there was a show by tpni & guy next door to the production method room on G block, so all night long we were hearing like clubbing music xD Labels: school
Versailles was talking about forming street team in myspace! i commented straight away ^^ tho i dunno what street team does, but i'm definitely eager to participate in whatever it is =P go go go versailles!!
i'm almost in blank mode. i know my workload is still mounting high, and tomorrow there's photoshoot, but haven't even finished making the garment! definitely will finish it today! moja, marlin, onegaishimasu!

just now as surfing the net for inspiration for accessories and make up that i can use for photoshoot, one that will suit moja and my theme, when hany asked "where's your hide?"
i pointed to the bookself where my mini hide was lying. then the other one... i thought i've had visions of it lying around my desk somewhere, but i didn't see it. *shrugged* i said "should be somewhere" and went back to surfing the net, since i was in the middle of forming a vision in my head about the look that i wanted.
after viewing visualshoxx.blogspot and found nothing good that i can use, i gave up. then i went to look for my jumbo hide.
it has to be somewhere around my desk, i knew it.
couldn't find it.
my bookshelf? not there.
the corner where i put all sorts of junks? not there either.
my wardrobe where i put all my school material and miscellaneous stuff? nope.
my clothes wardrobe? definitely not.
WHERE?????? WHERE'S MY JUMBO HIDE PLUSHIE????
panic panic....
hany: you brought it to school?
yes yes, i brought it to school on the day joyce brought her L plushie to school, and we took pic together.
hany: you misplaced it? on the bus?
no no no! i was definitely very very VERY cautious and careful when i was carrying it around, can't be that i misplaced it!
double checked around on those places again. my desk. my bookshelf. the junk corner. the school wardrobe. the computer desk. below of my desk. the stupid plastic bag behind the door. WHERE IS MY HIDE????????!?!?!?!?
panic panic panic....
can't be that i misplaced it right? *on the verge of teas* can't be that i forgot to bring it home right??
*strained my memory* that day, we're having jonathan's class. i remembered wanting to show him the mini-jacket that i made for hide bu in the end didn't. *strained memory* that day... what happened after? after that i went home straight away right?
i took pictures with joyce. *checked picture folder to see what can i gain from the pics that i took*
7 november, pictures of me and joyce with our plushies. pictures of package from Colloseum. that was the day when Lyrical Sympathy arrived. that was the day when they installed the air-con!!!!
the room was in total mess on that day that i took refuge to koko's room and dumped all my stuff there, including hide!!!
*rushed to koko's room*
FOUND MY HIDE!!!!
*hugs hide tight*
and i thought i might've lost him... it's an unbearable thought >.<....
see what does lack of sleep do to your brain function >.< gotta sleep, tomorrow sewing all day.
*hugs hide* *stores hide in a safe place*

Friday 16 November 2007
well i'm sitting right here because i need to get that 2,500-word essay done for Cultural and Historical Studies. but really, my mind is, for once, not on the subject that i'm writing about, the gothic and punk fashion in japan. Labels: school
a part of my mind is worried and in a very, VERY depressed mode after reading some new information at the student learning portal, about what they are 'proposing' to do for our design studio next semester, about the prospect of getting someone as lecturer and missing another one as lecturer.... kalo qt ga bs dpt jon lg taon dpn gw bisa ngerti d, bisa maklum, walopun ngurut dada jg, yah apa boleh buat? tapi kalo mesti dpt guru penyakit kayu......gw gatau d gw bakal ngapain... bakal nangis2 en emo2ing for the whole month perhaps?
another part of my mind is aware about the kind of work i need to do for assessment, and yet doesn't want to acknowledge the extent of the seriousness of it, so basically i've not gone into that assessment-ready combat mode. curse this lagging brain...
another part of my mind is daydreaming in shoujo mode -_-;; thanks to the recent happenings (not only about koko and lysia getting together, but also me reading an alarming amount of shoujo in a short period of time) coupled with the already-happening happenings in school (with 2 good friends in relationships, it's a daily event to hear remarks of 'hana, my bf is sick...' or 'oh man, tomorrow my bf wanna meet me' or 'won't be joining you for dinner, i'm eating with my bf' or 'irritating, my bf doesn't understand that i'm very busy this period of time' or 'when i'm buys like this, i don't even have time to think about my bf' or even 'hana, i miss my bf...')
gee, didn't expect the examples to be that long... but it's about the truth. not everyday you hear them all in one go, but everyday the chance is there will be at least ONE sentence being spoken in regards of them. boyfriends, i mean. some more, we're making menswear now. both mimi and merry are going ot present this final garment for their beloveds. which then results in...
another part of my mind thinking up a crazy idea of sending my jacket to yochan as a christmas present!
yea yea, i know. this is all getting crazy. time to hit the essay, 2000 more words to go.

Thursday 15 November 2007
as i said earlier i needed more songs. so i went back to my CDs and put all Lareine songs that i have into the comp. and so i was listening to some of them again, the songs of my 2nd fave band.
what used to be my 2nd favourite band...
i thought.
i feel so bad to keep downgrading bands as i found better ones -_-;;; i loved Lareine and their songs. but even then, i know something was missing. i loved the melody and sound and all, but still something wasn't quite there. after listening to them again this time, i realised what's lacking in their songs: nice guitar solos in abundance.
sure, Mayu had been the only guitarist in the band, but he had done some nice guitar solos too. and given the band's history it's not possible to be asking more guitar solos (at a point of time, Lareine consisted ONLY of kamijo as the member....) i love Lesson very much, in fact from my memory it's one of few Lareine songs that have really strong guitar presence.
but that's precisely why eventhough Versailles and Lareine both has Kamijo, their sound is distinctly different: Versailles has Hizaki and Teru as their guitarists, and their twin guitars is one of the major reason why they sound freakin awesome (apart from great song composition, of course)
Versailles - Shout & Bites
this PV was included inside the Lyrical Sympathy album that i ordered from Colloseum, not sure if they were included in the ones sold at cdjapan/yesasia too or not. if you can remember, their costume is exactly the same as in The Revenant Choir PV; they looked exactly the same except for Kamijo who had his hair down for Revenant Choir and in this his hair was pulled up. he looked soooo much sexier here <3 ^^ teehee.... i definitely love the contacts he's wearing!!
while they looked the same, they sound pretty much different. not because of different song (duh~) but because of Kamijo's voice. anyone who've heard him in Lareine would notice the tremendous change his voice had undergone. Revenant Choir still has Kamijo in his, err... (dare i say) gay-er voice? but for Lyrical Sympathy his voice grew darker, and now his voice has the quality like other gothic vocalists like Juka, Klaha, Seth.... not that i don't like it, but it feels VERY weird the first time i heard it, really, coz it's not like Kamijo that i knew. now i'm quite used to it, and i think it suits his look better =D
update in life:
i'm lagging.... as in, my brain function is lagging, heavily. though i want to defrag it and make it faster, this period of time is really the time when my brain just stop doing what i wanted it to do and starts going into laggy mode >___< and it'll continue til the end of assessment, when it'll just reboot itself and welcome the start of the holiday with a new, fresh operating system, which was really quite useless since i've got nothing to do then, and the it'll start rotting again since the high speed was useless, and the rotting process will continue til the start of semester again. it's a vicious cycle...
yesterday was sewing, and then i just felt sooo sluggish... told mimi, "mi, i'm taking a nap. wake me up in around 20min time, or until 5.30pm" then i thought of a better idea: to note time while listening to music. so then i told her, "never mind, i'll wake up, but if by 5.30 i still haven't, do wake me up"
so i stuffed the earphones to my ears and listened to Lyrical Sympathy from the ipod. since i set it to shuffle mode, i don't know what songs i'd be listening to, but i just thought i'd just close my eyes and immerse myself in the songs, coz i haven't been doing it properly since i received the album.
i did choose the first song: The Love From A Dead Orchestra. but the choice of the next 2 songs that were played was quite surprising: Symphonia and The Red Carpet Day, which are my top 3 favourites! i wonder if ipod shuffle songs in accordance to the playcounts of each song...?
by the time those 3 songs were done, i 'woke up' and behold~ it was 5.30pm! i'm still good at this ^^)v
i've been practicing this (noting time by listening to songs) since sec 3, when i first listened to X's Ballads Collection CD: listen an album while sleeping on the bus, and woke up when i reached a certain part of a certain song, and voila~ i reached school!
i talked about this practice during mock oral for O's English, and my teacher was fascinated by it. the criteria is just to have a certain songs played in exact sequence, and of course you have to know how long is each song. even if i was closing my eyes, my ears still listened to the songs, and i could note down how much time had passed by the songs that i've listened to. so by listening to the songs, i know how much time had passed, and i know roughly when to open my eyes in order not to overshot the bus stop.
during those days i was still listening to discman which had no shuffle function, so the songs in the album would be played in exact sequence. and of course since then i know how many minutes is the length of each X Japan song. i was in st marg's, so i travelled from bukit batok to farrer road, which took about half an hour? or less? and since i started the CD playing from song 1 when i boarded the bus, i can sleep all my way through Forever Love, Longing, Endless Rain, Crufify My Love, and woke up in the middle of Say Anything. after doing it for some days, it became natural to really really sleep during the first 4 songs, and i would just wake up automatically during Say Anything. weird, huh?
anyway... congrats to koko who owes me a treat!! and lysia too!! hohoho =P no i'm just kidding, hehehe... yey (/ ^^)/ congratulations \(^^ \) yey

Wednesday 14 November 2007
ugh! assessment coming, which means prologed period of time doing sewing, illustrating, organising and whatsoever, which means my ears would most probably stucked with my earphones all the time, which means that songs are going to be heard at a much more frequent rate, which means that i'll get bored faster, which means that i need MORE song!! and bigger storage to keep them!! Labels: school
when lyrical sympathy came, i was in neoclassical, gothic mood together with songs from within temptation and other hizaki's songs. after listening to lyrical sympathy for several days, quite surprisingly my current favourite song is The Red Carpet Day, which wasn't by Kamijo nor Hizaki but by Teru =) but of course, the most fun guitar solo was during The Love From A Dead Orchestra (abbreviated into 'dead orchestra' by joyce, who also abbreviated the red carpet day as 'red carpet' -_-;;; what ungraceful names they became...)
when a special CD came (i can't tell just yet) i was in pop mood.
just now when listening to the youtube vids at obachan's blog i think i might be getting into my choir and classical mood. some more, merry's now an official fan of chiaki-senpai ==> she's hooked onto nodame too!! banzaiii \(^^ \) LOL!
i need a bigger storage to keep my music! everytime i'm rotating songs, i always get confused, which song to delete from the ipod and which ones to keep? in the end i'm like using only about half the capacity of the ipod because the other half contains stuff that i don't have with me right now, which means if i delete them from my ipod, i won't hear them again for a long long time til i get them back on the comp and into the ipod -_-;; geez... i want a 8gig ipod at least!!! T_T;;;
i don't really like the new ipod tho o.o fat and short...i think the slim nanos are so much prettier =P
anyhow.... tomorrow, i mean today, is wednesday. about a week more to assessment and somehow my heart and mind and head hasn't really grasped the information yet: i'm still over the cloud, duno what i'm doing when i'm not in school, reading manga, scrabbling, geez -_-;;;; i need to get into combat mode fast!

prologue: Labels: manga anime
i'm in the middle of reading Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (His or Her Circumstances) by Tsuda Masami, but what started as a hopeful manga with lots of potential (from the way the synopsis went) turned out to be not-so-engaging afterall. there's no 'push' to keep on reading, i'm curious as to how the story will develop, yes, but not so much as i'll keep on reading until i forget time. so in the meantime, i was looking for other manga to read...
10 november 2007, was at the PSC Night for mira's children's costume competition night, and dira, the shoujo queen (a title i gave her due to her devotion to Hana to Yume xD) was there too. and then we get into discussion about manga and merry was asking her the title of some manga with great artwork (i can't remember the name currently) and later on, despite the fact that it was saturday of the week 13 and despite of the looming assessment date and immense amount of schoolwok, i cheekily asked for a recommendation. and this is what she recommended: Skip Beat by Nakamura Yoshiki.
"loe harus baca, itu kocak banget!"
and read i did.
current progress: devoured 9 volumes within 3 days.
and regretted my actions, i did. coz it's time to stop reading and concentrate more on next week's D-Day (death day........) and i still want to continueeeeeeeee!!!
the story is about a simple-minded girl called Kyoko who was a close friend to a rising star Sho. they lived together, but truly kyoko to sho was just like a maid to a master. she followed him to tokyo from their hometown in kyoto, forsook her high school and ordinary life just to stay by him as he made his way into the showbiz industry. and what did she get? betrayal! she thought that she was important to sho, but in truth sho just saw her as a maid and nothing more.
heartbroken, but not nearly sad as she was mad, she vowed to get her revenge by joining the showbiz to bring him down from his stardom! from then onwards, the innocent and sho-wrorshipping kyoko was no more! joining a company called LME where sho's biggest rival, Ren, was working, kyoko began to painstakingly make her way up to the japan's showbiz industry.
this manga is FUN! nice artwork, dool-some men (Ren is so hot! and so it the jerk Sho) and pretty girls, and definitely interesting storyline and characters. very shoujo, yes, but FUN! the character Kyoko is sometimes extreme in her hatred and there's a certain dark-aura ala Nakahara Sunako (yamato nadeshiko shichi henge, aka perfect girl evolution) at certain times, complete with many chibi demons coming out of her body and doing whatever it pleases to the victims, it's funny! and her character itself is not weepy whiney depressed heroine ala common shoujo heroines, though she has very sad memory and has endured great pain. in otherwords: great girl! =)
current rating: 9/10!! i started by giving it an 8 after the first volume, coz eventhough the story has potential, i don't know how well the mangaka will develop it later on. and i had just been disappointed by Kare Kano, so i was cautious. by book 5/6 though, i can't stop reading, and the story was getting more and more fun! so by the time i forced myself to stop reading (end of 9th volume) and to continue after assessment, i had started to like it so much my rating had risen to a 9 ^__^
read it, it's FUN!

Monday 12 November 2007
warning: visual kei! though nothing gory or violent, but if you have something against guys dressing up like girls and looking good in it (though not necessarily sounding correct most of the time) just don't watch it =)
right. i knew this band's looks even before i knew their name. saw them on some SHOXX or Fool's Mate volumes that i bought. i thought their costume look great, except on one person who seemed rather...weird? coz he has too squarish a jaw and too pretty a face? yea something like that. when i buy SHOXX or Fool's Mate, it's usually because there's something about yoshiki inside, so i barely pay attention to other articles, though i enjoy flipping through the visual pages and photoshoots =) so it was because of that that i didn't know that the article and photoshoot was about this particular band called D, though i know that a band called D exist.
and this name, D, was brought again to my attention at Versailles myspace. people were leaving comments regarding Lyrical Sympathy and some of them mentioned about this band and how they should hook up together with Versailles and do some tours. i was intrigued. if there's another band with Versailles' sound, i definitely want to know about it!
so i looked up youtube, and watched 3 videos, the third one being this one. and i must say that it's truly inspirational! their costume didn't look too great on the photoshoot, but in this PV they just look awesome! super cool! and that music is so unique and...nihon! they even have some japanese oni in it.
D - ouka saki some ni keri PV
i'd say this: if anyone wants to do any song inspired by Japan, Nihon, their culture, this should be one of the role model ^^ i really like the song, it's just so unusual but superb! the vocalist is called, i think, asagi, and he has great voice. the video that i watched before this one was a short clip from a concert whereby he went falsetto-ing his way through a song, and he reached an i-though-impossible-pitch for a jrocker other than gackt o.O so cool~
and, what a beautiful furisode(kimono with long sleeves)!! usually when listening to some new bands, i can afford not to look at them and just listen to their song. but for this one, somehow the song and the video comes together in a package, i can't separate them both! throughout the whole entire PV my eyes were fixed on asagi, his beautiful umbrella, beautiful furisode, great hair, his eyes, even the way he flicked his small fan around. he has such a strong stage presence...for this PV at least.
awesome video. haven't seen one that truly opened my eyes like this for a long time. D, a band worth finding out more about =)

call me obnoxious, call me cold-hearted woman, call me maternal instinct-less girl, or whatever, i still can't bring myself to say that i like little kids -_-;;; they do annoy the most of me at times, and it's only rarely that i'm touched by their cuteness -_-;;; perhaps i'll understand if i have my own kids *shrugs* or perhaps i won't, who knows? week 14 is here. only 1 more week left of lessons, 1 more lesson with hideki, susie, emma and anja, and 2 more with helene and jonathan.
week 14 is here. it's the submission week of our cultural and historical studies essay.
week 14 is here. i should've at least finished my moodboard, colour board and start on illustration and flat drawings.
week 14 is here. and it's time to start reading manga and blog regularly and get distracted from whatever i'm supposed to be doing on the net -___-;;;;
*sigh* week 14 is here.

Thursday 8 November 2007
i'm trying hard not to hate people, coz when i finally said the word 'hate' and meant it, it usually means there's no going back. and so far the number of people who receives this "honorary title" from me is only 2, and i don't want to add some more.
but it's a hard feat to do, especially as a student -_-;; but i'm trying, trying hard... lest that someone becomes one of my important teachers next year *shudders*
jacket project coming on just fine, at least the physical production is. i showed my toile to hideki and jonathan on monday and both gave some comments. interestingly, jonathan gave as much comments as hideki. someone even mentioned that he's suited to become production method teacher too ^^ i guess all designers are both design studio and production method teachers too =)
firdaus became our class' unofficial model, lol. he was the one whom we put our toiles upon, and later picked and poked by jonathan *oops* no i mean, yea, he became the mannequin of the day =P
we're supposed to do half a toile (if the design is symmetrical, and a full toile if the design is asymmetrical) but i wanted to see if the garment fits nicely or not, since i didn't use hideki's pattern but another pattern from a book. so i made full front and back but only one sleeve and a pocket.
when i was showing mine, one of the earliest comment from jon was "know why it's like that? *points to the sleeveless arm* he got punched on the face," to which i gave a resounding and defiant "noo!"
please refer to earlier story under the later part of "random... or perhaps not so random afterall" blog.

Lyrical Sympathy!!!!!!!! it arrived yesterday and, since yesterday the house was in a mess due to installation of new air conditioners, i just opened it today and now i'm listening to it, full blast! it is THE album of the year for me ^;^ Labels: hizaki
and, man i'm not disappointed. the CD is worth every cent of the money i spent on! it's a stunningly amazing CD!
so far i think i've only been in 'hizakiiiiiii~~~~' mode, but the truth is that Kamijo is the brainchild behind my 2nd favourite band Lareine, and i'm quite embarrased to admit that the realisation only hit me just now when i was listening to the songs and reading the booklet told me that he was behind 3 out of 7 songs in the album, and those 3 songs were great! one of them is one of my current 2 favourites: The Love from a Dead Orchestra.
of course Hizaki's songs are not less awesome, but i just realised that behind Versailles and Lareine there was a Kamijo, and i just didn't pay him enough attention, not as much as i should anyway, considering that i regard both bands as one of the tops in my favourite list. my apology ot Kamijo and other fans -_-
and also, behind Versailles drool-some guitar solos there were Hizaki AND Teru. now listening to The Red Carpet Day, and i think he's another one whom i'll be listening to closely from now, apart from Hizaki ^_^
another current favourite is Sympathia. I LOVE SYMPATHIA!!!! what a nice ending to the album!!! i wonder who plays the piano? is it Hizaki? there is a little bit of Revenant Choir tune right at the very end, nice touch ^_^
i think there is something about me and long songs. the songs that i love the most from this CD are the 2 longest songs. and last time when i was still kazaa-ing my way through unknown bands, i always chose to get the longest songs of the band that i could find. and usually i wasn't disappointed =)
great CD, really awesome, eventhough it's SO SHORT (33 minutes and 14 seconds only!!!!!!!!!!) but i'm enjoying every minute, every second of it. great guitars as usual. kamijo's voice somewhat changed for the earlier songs, though it returned back to normal during Sympathia. i liked both versions though =)
i hope this arrangement, Versailles, continues on, please.... congratulations on the wonderful album, Kamijo, Hizaki, Teru, Jasmine-You and Yuki!!!!! absolutely stunning job!!!! i love you all!!!!!!!
come on Versailles, 2nd album!!!!!!!!!! =DDDDDDDDDDDDDD please don't let it be so short!! though, upon reflection, i won't get enough no matter how long the CD will be, i'll just keep wanting more and more!! =DDDDDD

nat! dia itu milik bersama, sama2 anak2 klas gw =DD LOL just a few days ago someone from other class was passing by mine and exclaimed 'lucunyaa' and i was nodding my head, trus dia bilang lagi, 'iya dia tu ganteng banget' and i was like o.O 'heh?' xD
you never realise how lucky you are with what you've got until someone else come and tell you how envious they are for what you've got
i've heard some people from both classes stated how much they would like to be in mine, but i've yet to hear anyone from my class said something along the line of wanting to be in another class. that gotta mean good, right?
today is the day when i'll be getting my hide plushies!!!!!!
yes, plushieS!!!!!!!!!! =DDD http://visualshoxx.blogspot.com --> my current shopping store ^^ i've ordered one of the christmas hide plushie and *scroll down almost to the end* the jumbo hide plushie that arrived a year ago =DDD wheeee~~~~
i've been in this hide-plushie mood ever since yochan was seen holding 2 different ones for I.V. pv shooting ^^ well i've been wanting to have their plushies since the day when i found out that such thing exists, but i wasn't really going to spend like 100bucks on them. but this time it's gonna be an early birthday present for me =DD like super-early, more-than-half-a-year-early kind of present =DDDD thanks hany!!! i'm gonna have fun making all new clothes for the plushies!!!!
(/ ^^)/ yay hide plushies \(^^ \)
meanwhile, i'm STILL waiting for Lyrical Sympathy to come... it's been a few days since they shipped the CD... come on, how far is europe from here?? -_-;;
right, now gotta go to school and do my jacket toile >.< have been sweating since yesterday making it...hopefully can finish everything by today so that tomorrow i can do jonathan's work =__= last week i skipped seeing him coz i haven't done the extra 2 looks that he asked for -_-;;;

featuring: Yoshiki
about: Yochan underwent a surgery to correct his spine, a problem that had persisted since 1995, when he finally started to feel numbness in his fingers. the surgery went fine, thank goodness. hopefully he will recover completely and it doesn't affect his piano playing. as for drums...don't forget your neck braces everytime you drums, yochan!
etc: read below xD i've made too many layouts featuring Yoshiki i don't wish to repeat myself =P
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v457/arsenalx/?action=view¤t=ekkusu3.jpg
Featuring: Versailles
Background: formed in 2007 by founding member Kamijo (ex Lareine) and Hizaki (ex Sulfuric Acid), they released their debut single Revenant Choir which tells a story about a clan.
Just as like Kamijo's past works, Versailles tells a story through their symphonic metal music and extravagantly elaborate costumes inspired from antique European era.
Members: Kamijo (vocals), Hizaki (guitar), Teru (guitar), Jasmine-You (bass), Yuki (drums)
etc: Versailles beautiful music managed to win my heart totally. saddened by the loss of Jasmine-YOU in 2009, but i hope the 4 of them will still make great music from now onwards. rest in peace, Jasmine-YOU, and watch out for the guys from up there...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v449/arsenal_x/ekkusu2.1copy.jpg
featuring: S.K.I.N.
Background: Formed in 2007, performed first during Anime Expo at the States in May.
Members: Yoshiki (drums, piano, guitar), Gackt (vocal, piano), Sugizo (guitar, violin), Miyavi (guitar, shamisen)
etc: ekkusu phase 2.0 was lost because i didn't save it in photobucket (because it refused to upload it properly).
and so, from now i'll start my skin from phase .1 instead of .0

Featuring: Hiruma Youichi
Model's background: manga character (Eyeshield 21)
More about the model: quarterback of Deimon Devilbats, The Commander From Hell;
the backbone and the brain behind Deimon High School's American Football Club, The Deimon Devilbats.
Icons: various facial expressions of Hiruma, the maniacal, elven-faced leader of Devilbats ^^
Etc: Eyeshield 21 is a sports manga about American Football and it's one of my current favourite.
My rating for them is:
hilarity 10/10
excitement: 9/10
intellectual level: 9/10
drawing: 7/10
characterisation: 9/10

Featuring: Hayashi Yoshiki
Model's background: leader, drummer, pianist, main composer of legendary band X Japan (1982-1997); leader, drummer, pianist,
guitarist, composer of band Violet UK, debut coming soon.
More about the model: Yoshiki in the early X Japan era in early 90's when he still has long curly locks.
Etc: YOSHIKI IS MY HERO AND IDOL!
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v457/arsenalx/th_yoshiki46copy.png
Featuring: Hayashi Yoshiki
Model's background: leader, drummer, pianist, main composer of legendary band X Japan (1982-1997); leader, drummer, pianist,
guitarist, composer of band Violet UK, debut coming soon. Born in Tateyama, Chiba (Japan) in 20th November 1965 and currently living in Los Angeles, California (USA).
Head company of Extasy Records, Extasy Japan and Extasy Records International (now defunct). http://myspace.com/yoshiki
More about the model: the faint background picture of Yoshiki was taken in the recent years when he's already cut his hair short and
started the habit of wearing sunglasses.
Icons: pictures taken from Yoshiki's house in LA: his front door, piano in the middle room, dining room and swimming pool.
Etc: I can write essays on Yoshiki, but let's just keep it simple and straightforward: YOSHIKI IS MY HERO AND IDOL!
